Inclusive Leadership Training,

The Equal Opportunity Cell, Govt Hrangbana College organized a Training on Inclusive Leadership for the teaching and non-teaching staff of the College which lasted for two days, 24-25 Feb 2021. Dr Lalbiakzuali, Coordinator, IQAC was the resource person. The aim of the programme was to orient the staff towards the creation of a better inclusive environment for the students coming from diverse backgrounds and to equip the them with strategies needed for becoming effective inclusive leaders.
