Appeal for Extended profile 4.1.2

Appeal on the recommended input on Expenditure for infrastructure development and augmentation (excluding salary component) year-wise during the last five years.

• The evidence is presented in a proper format as per data template provided by NAAC certified by both CA and Principal.
• In the metric 4.1.2, the recommended input of the years 2021-22, 2020-21, 2019-20 for infrastructure development and augmentation, excluding salary is given as 0 (INR in lakhs). As per audited statement by CA is 27.79, 67.87 (INR in lakhs), 100.41 (lakhs) respectively.  Also, the recommended amount in the other years has been reduced drastically. The reason for this is unknown to the institution which has affected the score in this metric.
• It may be noted that, before DVV recommendation, the utilization of funds from RUSA was not accounted for, however for clarification of DVV, the expenditure of RUSA fund was included in the audit statement. Therefore, the question remains if this was not considered in the recommendation by the NAAC.
• Expected grade: 3-4
