Workshop on Competence and Capacity Building
Workshop on Competence and Capacity Building was organised by the Department of Public Administration on 26th to 28th November 2020 in collaboration with Research and Consultancy Cell, Govt Hrangbana College. The workshop was organized for the teaching staff and non-teaching staff of the college to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities in their areas of work. This workshop provided an opportunity to both teaching and non-teaching staff to recognize their strengths and areas of development, learn new strategies to improve their competence, and strengthen their capacity building. 70 teaching faculty members and 18 non-teaching staff attended the workshop.
