1,4,1 Institution obtains feedback on the academic performance and ambience of the institution from various stakeholders, such as Students, Teachers, Employers, Alumni etc. and action taken report on the feedback is made available on institutional website.

1. Sample Filled in feedback forms from at least two stakeholders sealed and signed by the HEI
2. Stakeholders’ feedback analysis report. sealed and signed by the principal
3. Document showing the communication with the affiliating University for the Feedback
4. Action taken by the affiliating university on the feedback
5. Filled –in feedback forms (at least from two stakeholders) along with action taken report.
